I have sat on both sides of the interview table, it is an imperfect process at best. You would be amazed how a completely innocuous response or comment can rub the wrong person the wrong way. Frontier’s method is no worse or better than anyone else’s, we have the same ratio of 95% decent people to 5% jerks as every other airline.
Like the above posters have said, keep your head up, it happens to almost everyone at some point in their career. Pretty much everyone is hiring and F9 shouldn’t be your premier destination anyway unless you live in one of our bases or are close to retiring and trying to quickly get to the left seat before you punch out. Good luck.

Thanks. I had specific reasons for wanting Frontier. For me, it would have been great. I'll apply elsewhere. Maybe I can convince myself commuting won't be so bad.
Maybe I should have asked one of the two of my panel interviewers to get off of their cell phone, as they were texting at least 50% of the time I was being asked questions. Maybe it was a test...

Shake it off, and best of luck, really!

Frontier has a great pilot group and having been in the industry for over 20 years I can attest that this is a great place to work.
Good luck with training and look forward to seeing you on the line!

Nothing that hasn’t been heard before. Expecting probably 2 more bases by the end of the year. No idea where although at least one will likely be east coast.
Said A319’s likely gone sooner rather then later.
Wanting to start doing two classes of 24 each a month for 48 total new hires a month. Sounds like more CBT’s in the works for ground school.
