Thanks to everyone for all the good info. Just trying to gather my facts before submitting an application. What does training pay look like as well? And is all training done in Denver?

Training is min guarantee (75 hours) at first year pay. All training is in Denver, although we do use MIA as an overflow for sim when needed.

If there is a vacancy in MIA you'll be able to get it immediately. But I don't think there's any guarantee that there will be. Although I doubt you'd have to be in any other base longer than a month or two.

MIA is very junior so if that's what you want itll work out well for you

What were the options for your class? I didn't see a vacancy come out for all 34 new hires?
