1) How long is the interview ….is it an out an back same day, or fly in the day before.

2) Does Frontier fly you to the interview and or pay for the hotel. (If an overnight is required)

3) Now the question with so many answers, Does Frontier pay for your hotel while in training.

Thank you so much

Fly in the Day before so that you can get some good rest. The interview is a all day event. If you are flying out afterwards. Make sure your flight leaves no earlier than 1830. Any earlier you will be cutting it close since if you are hired, they take your badge photos, fingerprint, drug test, and go over your pria documents as well after the interview. Unless you are one of the unlucky few to get pulled earlier for a TBNT.

Free Uniform Jacket For New Hire 42R

Any new hires need a free uniform jacket size 42R PM me and I'll mail it to you. Just asking you to venmo me the price of shipping probably 6-$10 I would imagine. I think I've worn it about 5 times. Save you some coin while on year 2 pay. First come first serve.

Orlando MTC

I know it's been awhile since Frontier has held a chiefs event. I attended the most recent event in Orlando and am sharing my experience for those wondering.

Applicants gathered in the hotel lobby area awaiting instructions. A short time later, an announcement was made to line up in front of a table they had setup outside of a conference room. They went through the line one by one to register you and provide you with a number. Once registered, we headed into the conference room. Some pilot HR people, chiefs, and line pilot recruiters were waiting in the room. Once we were all seated, they all gave a quick personal introduction and then a chief pilot gave a 1 hour company powerpoint presentation. After that, some short Q&A and then we were told to leave the conference room and wait as they converted it into multiple mini interview stations. They then called us by assigned number to meet with a chief or line pilot recruiter.

I got to meet with a line pilot recruiter. Expect the standard questions off their script. Why Frontier? Any accidents, incidents, check ride failures? How did you get started in aviation? All pretty standard questions with no tricks; it was a very friendly experience.

After your interview time is up, it was a friendly hand shake and "thanks for your time" and you're done. Some chose to hang around and network, some left. Overall, a good experience.

if they liked your event interview, you've applied, and already completed the outmatch assessment, this will trigger a formal interview. If you've applied but, haven't heard anything yet, this will trigger the outmatch assessment.

Also wanted to add; there were about 65 people at the morning event. Almost everyone wore a full suit and tie. A couple people in business casual. Experience seemed to range from CFI with no turbine to typical regional ca/corporate guys.

Is there anything to look at to prep for the ATP test besides going all out with a program like Sheppard which seems overkill? I took my ATP almost 5 years ago and used sheppard then but just like most I haven’t looked at this info in a while.

ATP test part of the Denver Interview ?

Good Afternoon

I just read that an ATP written test is part of the official Denver Interview, this was not mentioned in my interview package. Can someone confirm.

Thank you
Sammie
