Got an email about fixing something on my airline apps. It said I was working at Mesa airlines but I'm not there anymore. Just a miss on that one other than that no information on anything. Rumor is they're swamped with RTP applications, cadet apps, and trying to sift through those who are qualified to start asap

My friend who went last week said he felt his interview went well, and to expect an invite. I’m guessing they told him on the spot, since he mentioned that the morning after. 750 mil RATP and flying a 737 at the moment, for reference though.

Thanks! Was told to expect an interview invite as well but haven’t heard anything else I imagine it can take a bit.

When you go to your interview, and they ask how you would go above and beyond for LFDR 2.0 just use Gerard Butler as your inspiration ^^^^
"My passengers, my responsibility." Hammer to the face.
And don't forget those g#dd#mn bag fees.

A benefits question. Just reading over the benefits guide they sent over.
What is the parking situation like? Pass in base? Reimbursement (in full or just a partial set amount per month)? None at all, find your own offsite parking?
Related, I saw there’s a FSA for parking and one for transit. That’s a new one for me. Anybody use the Parking FSA?

Parking FSA is just like medical FSA, use it or lose it, so plan accordingly

That’s what I read. Actually that’s how I even stopped and read it to begin with. Usually I see FSA and immediately skip; reaching back to high school personal finance, I always dismiss FSA since it’s use or lose. My eye caught something about rollover, then I noticed it was a parking FSA. There might have been a max dollar limit that rolls, I’d have to check again. But yeah it allows a rollover. Pretty neat, if parking isn’t offered.
