On top of that if you actually get a CJO your wait time to get into a class will be lengthy.

Roughly what is lengthy, 5+ months?

Or longer.

Has the 320neo engine issues had any affect on hiring at F9? Have they grounded some of the fleet?

False. Was directly addressed in last two earnings calls. We delayed giving back some CEOs (and delayed taking NEOs) by 1 calendar quarter and have early maintenance on affected batches that will come up 2H24 that is an anticipated network strain. Materially hasn't made an impact to the pilot group but it obviously does effect the company overall...not nearly to the level that the early global customers have seen.

Possible additional MX requirements being drafted.

Impact to Frontier is "not fully known at this point" etc etc

LEAPs have had issues in the background as well. Significantly shorter on-wing time than originally designed.

I interviewed in August 2023, just got another generic email this morning stating they are working on filling 2024 class dates and to keep an eye out for update emails in the next few months. Was really excited to get started there, but this wait time is crazy, starting to think about other places even though Frontier is a perfect fit for my situation...
