Let the company split them up. It just means flying an actual schedule that ends with a redeye instead of dedicated redeye trips that don’t pay anything. I would rather have a "3" day trip that starts at 11pm and finishes at 8am with 32 hours TAFB, than a 15hr credit trip that starts at 7am and ends at 10pm. Because I would rather get 10 of pay to be away from my family for 1 day, than 15 hours pay to be away for 3. But to each their own. I mean, you can just be a senior FO.... |
