This 100%.

Giving close to minimum wage workers access to DOUBLE their income by being a**holes to the pax with whatever standards they want is NOT the way to get it done.

Management is fully aware of the issues surrounding the bags. I was told they don’t mind taking delays because the bump in revenue has been worth it. They know there will be a learning curve with passengers. Managements stance is take a smaller bag or pay up.

They don’t care. The flights are overblocked AF. I bet you still made A14 and F9 fleeced a few more customers out of $60.

F9 doesn’t make its money on on-time flights. It makes its money on completion factor.

I find delays fatiguing.

I thought being on time was a big deal not long ago. I recall management spending a couple weeks in Denver to see why the first flights weren’t leaving on time.

If you’re delayed 30 minutes for bag payments, and there’s a plane waiting 30 minutes for that gate. I’d guess it’s a wash between wages and fuel burn vs the profit from bags. Unless it’s a lot of bags.

I usually average 2-3 hours extra credit a month in waiting for the gate fees . How about others folks on here ?

I've absolutely noticed that. This month I also have about 3 extra hours of credit that I didn't anticipate from various Frontier shenanigans.

My 35 min delay was for 6 bags, I specifically asked the gate agent. 6x100=600 bucks
hardly worth waiting 35 mins for at the beginning of the day. She got her 5 to 10 dollars a bag, definitely worth her time. 😂 Stepping over dollars to pickup nickels and working on being the worst airline in on time departures as well!!! Low fares done right!!!

This is exactly what needs to be done to put plenty of light on this subject.

600x100flightsx365=$21,900,000. Not saying weather it’s right or wrong. And I don’t even know if we have 100 flights a day. But it adds up to a lot in a year.
