Instead of being defensive and insulting other opinions, it may be beneficial to self reflect. The daily quest to legitimate sub-mediocrity is what is toxic to the pilot group. That would make you the most toxic on this forum.

We all have our moments of frustration. I understand.

If it weren't for me, you guys would all go down a dark, miserable path towards endless dread and dispare. The sun would never rise again. Dark clouds of freezing rain would wash across the sky and settle upon all your preflights. As the warmth of the sun vacated the sky, a chill would spread through the pilot group that could never be broken. Before you know it, you guys would forget how to smile and turn into 2000 D Kelley's. The dread of working for a "toxic" management team will spread into your personal lives leading to divorces and break ups. The carnage will be devastating. 401ks will be halved, lawyer bills will be unmanageable, plans of retirement will be put on indefinite hold. Flightdeck culture will become dreadful and ice cold, ruining the one thing we had going for us.

And all because I stopped posting my mostly positive attitude on here.

*I'm standing in a 2+ hour line to get a rental car and I'm bored as hell. But the fact that every person in line around me is renting a car to drive home because Southwest can't get them home is giving me a little bit of smugness

People who are giving you sh*t must not have been on this forum long enough to know this isn't you're regular thing. Sometimes people just need to vent. You're human.
Also, sorry you’re having such a cr*ppy travel experience. I’ve never seen lines that long at so many airports. Bags everywhere in baggage claim. I would never have belie this could happen to WN at this level. I hear it’s another issue related to using old software - a lesson they keep getting schooled on but never learn.

Is it possible to find the current F9 contract anywhere? I haven't had luck finding a PDF or anything so I assume it may not be publicly available.

The only and I mean ONLY thing that will get a new contract is empty classes and no applications. And that's after management has many discussions amongst themselves on if they actually need to have 225 planes. Absolutely no reason for them to negotiate with the pilot group if they don't need butts in seats.

Except we got a contract last time and we were still hiring.

So, no

And management definitely wants all those planes. More planes = more money.

Well all the 1500 hour ATPs still think they hit the jackpot. Guys with years at regionals before coming over have changed their tones since I started. And that was was 6-7 months ago. It’s a tone I have noticed. Sick calls are currently an issue.
