From the Union memo, it sounds like the Union brought up additional concerns that the company didn't consider. Then, took credit for delaying the bid, took credit for the concerns, claimed that the union was notified (which they were not), then delayed the bid. They never considered NO in-network healthcare? Difference in 410K? Taxes?Managements total disregard of it's employees and union is very obvious. Clown show.

It's sad that when Barry says "unprofitable under performing markets" ....... the reality is frontier has ****ed off and abused so many people in "those markets " that no matter how low the ticket price is people will not buy it....

It is a shame that there is such a disconnect between management to our customers and how we treat the people paying our salaries. Then we have professional pilots and FAs, but we have ugly dressed and horrific attitudes with gate agents and they are the face of our company when it matters most. |
