Ya the 15% DC alone is what some of the Great Lakes guys started making when they got into the industry. Wild.

22? Try 21 not even 22 yet... They are so lucky it isn't even funny. I am not mad about it, but it is insane how the industry has changed.

100k+ /year 15% DC, benefits, airbus. Insane for a sub 2k hr pilot.

Exactly what I was going to say.

My first year at Lakes I made $14,400. That's the automatic retirement contribution now for newhires. I never could afford to even start a 401k when I was at lakes. It was match only, I couldn't afford to contribute.

But I also never got displaced to Puerto Rico

There it is…Well that should slow our attrition. Yes it’s only two months, so far, but 100 airplanes is much more than 2 months worth. I hope all of those that left got where they wanted to be.

Probably also conveniently timed for some training catch-up, and high summer demand. All hands on deck.

I cant believe BB and friends are getting away with this luck to slow our attrition even the slightest bit.

I am sure there will still be 25+ people leaving each month though.

The frontier April class? No. Even if attrition goes to zero we still need 300 more pilots this year.
