Just remember if you picked up open time consistently before negotiations and stop now it is a violation of status quo, a work action under the RLA. It's a good way to get slapped with a court-ordered injunction. Look at the lawyer Frontier has hired and it will tell you all you need to know.

What you do as an individual is not a status quo violation. We don't need to tempt fate though.
