I will not be lucky nor unlucky, as I wouldn't be affected by it. And if what you say actually holds true, they're naive to think that will keep people from coming to F9 and then leaving for another airline if Delta, Southwest or wherever is truly where someone wants to be. If F9 is the last stop, then obviously it doesn't matter. But first year elsewhere will be double someone's pay at F9, will cover a training contract, and career earnings would be astronomically higher.

Has anybody joined OBAP as a non-minority and gone to their job fair? As far as I understand they will let anyone join.I like what they do, especially introducing aviation to minority youth. But, I will be honest I mostly want to got to their job fair to talk with Frontier. Any thoughts?

I went to the one last year and there were many non-minorities who attended. It isn't an issue. Good luck!
