You think BB would have spent a Penny of those funds on you?
We were a cheap and easy investment.
Thanks for the happy thoughts.
BTW hows your contract coming along?

Got called today for an interview in a couple weeks. Is F9 a good place to go or hold out for Legacy? I like Frontier and their product, a DEN base sounds fantastic. Looking for honest info on QOL and career potential.

I also got called today. And I work for RW. Same questions? Head Spinning. I've always liked F9 and regret not going back in the day when they offered interviews for RAH guys. What do think??

Got a call today for a interview in a few weeks and have Couple questions. Can F9 pilots commute? What is the general feeling about how long the CHI bases will last? Any idea where the RAH airbus orders maybe going?

I'm no expert, but I'll try to answer the questions posted above.
I think that Frontier is going to be a good place to work. The pay is on the lower end of Airbus operators. I believe F9 pilots have taken concessions twice in the past 5 or 6 years.
With the buyout by Indigo and Franke, Frontier should turn into an airline very much like Spirit. Not great to ride on, but pretty good place to fly for. Hopefully there will be growth. I know that Franke expects to grow the airline.
The Airbus 319/320 NEO orders that Republic had will come to Frontier. I believe there are orders for 60 or 80 airplanes from 2016 to 2021.
You can commute to Frontier just like any other airline. As far as the Chicago base goes, I don't think it will go away. Frontier flies some Apple Vacation charter flights out of ORD, and Frontier flies to DEN from MDW, so as a Chicago based pilot you have to be able to get to either airport.
When I interviewed they told us they were going to hire 50 pilots. I have recently heard they plan to hire 108, but I don't have a good source on that. There is the possibility of a further east domicile that Chicago, but when I study the route map, I don't know where else it might be other than Trenton, NJ which is a mini hub.
I start class on Oct 14th. Really looking forward to it
