Not trying to be a jerk but there is plenty of info about Frontier out there to read up on. I usually find that if you're serious about a company that you really have interest an in working for, you do your homework then ask specifics if needed. I assume you wouldn't ask such general questions about UAL, DAL, or AA.

That is a tough one to answer. We have hard lines at Frontier and the pilots build the lines (in theory, we have been having some difficulties with that of late but that should change for the better around spring time).
On reserve you have some techniques available to make your block of reserve days commutable. You can bid "aggressive reserve" the day prior and try and pick something up. This releases you for the period prior to the trip you pick up. You also have to call in the day before a block of reserve periods, so even if you don't bid something in aggressive you may be assigned something at this point, releasing you until the report time.
We also have some language regarding DH at the beginning or end of a sequence that helps commuters (it helps non-commuters as well if they want to head home early).
The hard lines have been all over the place the last couple months for a number of reasons. The marketing dept saw $$$$ and added a lot of flight hours over the 2nd half of December and then 117 went into effect this month. A large number of the lines are commutable and even if they are not we can add, drop, swap, split.
RSV's have less control obviously but I foresee large improvements in the lines by this summer. Good Luck (or welcome aboard, not sure if you are hired or interviewing).
