Has anyone heard of the training contract being enforced? (For those that signed one). Including those 1st-years that were just terminated?

A sign on bonus of "up to" being the key words. Plus you fail to mention what happens year 2 when you have no bonus and you're making 70 per hour, and perpetual reserve....I obviously read APC before I posted, I know what it says, and I commute enough to know most don't make that.

Not that it matters at all, this place a dumpster fire that not one of us would pee on to put out. Just saying...don't go touting regionals as some God send.

In year 2 you collect a profit sharing check from a company that isn’t looting all the profit on the backs of its workers, sleep instead of fly between the hours of 12-5am, build TPIC towards the job you really want, etc etc etc

Again...Username does NOT check out.
I know you’re joking but just to clarify, the username is in reference to APC, and not any particular airline. ☺️

Default F9fo or UAL FA

For those of you considering Frontier FO, you should really look into becoming a UAL FA, their FA pay scale is WAY better than f9’s fo scale, hell everything is better.

if You’re coming here expect to be on reserve for a year. You’ll be used on every day of your schedule. What’s left in the open time is crap red eyes and unproductive 3-4 days. You’ll feel under threat of being fired for calling in sick, FMLA, or fatigued. Realistically upgrade is 4-5 years for anyone being hired today. To top all that off you pay for your own hotel during training. So why are you coming here? Wait for Spirit to call you. JetBlue if you’re east coast. Stay where you are until a legacy calls.
