Just look at all the ALPA Regional Carriers that currently have sign on bonuses. I'm sure ALPA would much rather convert those signing bonuses to contractual hourly compensation instead of something that can be rescinded unilaterally.

January 2019, I'm outta here if we don't get released or a new contract. Using my vacation in December (if not cancelled) and then leaving. I don't know why anyone would come here with this beyond hostile management. I mean, the only airline in a f##king bankruptcy contract??? In the best if times?? When we have a Letter of Agreement that they haven't followed and a judge agreed?? It's borderline criminal.

In all seriousness, I don’t think we will have a contract by then and if you are going to another airline you’re giving up valuable seniority by waiting. If the hope of a contract is the only thing keeping you here you should leave ASAP. That’s for everyone, not just you.
I’ve got my stuff out. I’m only here because no one else that I’ve applied to is offering a job.

I’m genuinely curious (as opposed to the snarky sarcastic kind). Why January? Do you have another airline you’re going to go to then (as in are you in a pool)? If not, has Frontier driven you out of the industry completely?
