If you can waterski, you’re hired !!! (Pun). They are updating their hiring standards / interview for the flow similar to other airlines. I had a hiring captain from TSA on my flight the other night and told us about it.

I saw them at a job fair a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Current 121, 3900TT, 2300 SIC, 4 year degree, no training failures, no background issues.

Interviewed last week. 7 of 12 were hired - I was not one of them. Current 121 (FO) , 3300 TT, 800 ME/Turbine, 2000 PIC single engine piston. 2 checkride failures on my record (COMM SE and CFI-A oral)
