They are now saying net increase of 9 airplanes this year. They decided to keep 2 more A320's. I too am interested in how they will staff this place. The FO's on reserve seem to be flying all the time and it is not even summer yet.

My buddy interviewed at the headquarters this week and was told by the LAS base chief pilot who gave a briefing on the direction of the company that there is no longer a training contract! He also told me that the interview was only 1 hour long and he was out the door 2 hours after arriving. He was not selected. My interview was a full day. Has the process changed ??
