International travel is difficult as zed options are fairly limited (from my experience) for your family members. On the domestic front, I believe we still can zed family on southwest which provides a lot of options. We used to have a solid agreement with United but that went away a few years ago.

My spouse and kids have used ZED on AA, SW, and Spirit without problems. We used United too, when that was still available.

It’s really just Delta and United that aren’t available for ZED.

But as others have mentioned, you WILL be at the absolute bottom of all those standby lists and you WILL be the last ones to get seat, if there’s any left. We spent an entire day in LAS running from gate to gate trying to make a connection on a flight out (to a city F9 didn’t serve). We were there for 8 hours before we finally got on a flight. It SUUUUUCKED. And with standby travel being the way it is these days (ie, everything is ALWAYS full) you have to be REALLY flexible or REALLY desperate to want to use it much.

Agreements-and in, other airlines that have agreed to let F9 employees to buy ZED tickets. My understanding is that Delta and United do not allow F9 people to buy ZED tickets with them.

I'm not married or domestic partners or any BS like that and my "wife" for all intents and purposes can travel with my child on all the airlines I listed and the others I didn't as if we were married. My mother flies anywhere she wants and spends half of her time outside the country. I certainly had better benefits when I was at a regional but we can get where we want to go. I can only hope our benefits expand when we start to grow.

Yeah, NO travel on United or Delta - which totally blows

How soon can you expect a class date if hired as of late?

People who like to travel the world and use foreign carriers. Been all over Asia and Australia on ZED fares and Jumpseat when I can on us carriers. Love having zed as an alternative
