+1 Lori Clark

Hiring? Yes.

I am hearing hiring indefinitely again maybe with larger class sizes. That is until the plan changes last minute (again).

Did you use the technical prep as well? Emerald Coast option seems to be much cheaper, but I'm not sure it is tailored well to F9. I'd really like a heads up on the Scenario based "event".

No, Frontier had very little technical anything when I interviewed. Brief an approach and one or two basic instrument questions at most. I don't think that has changed much, but don't quote me on that. To the best of my knowledge the scenario will change regularly so what one person had will be different from another.

I didn't do the tech prep. You can research tech questions online but at the end of the day you either know it or you don't.

Nothing against EC but if you're targeting F9 Lori is the time (and time again) proven winner. She will have you squared away for the SBI.

Asst Chief Pilot (who is the hiring guy, period) told me last week classes are "back on next month", I asked him exactly same if COLAs mean slow/no hiring. Like others have said here, it can change anytime, but that was as of last week.
Good luck!

Lori Clark or Emerald Coast are just fine. I did EC and felt more than prepared. I was airlines in 2004-2006 and went 135/91 for 11 years. I personally did the EC course and was more than happy with how I felt for the interview. As they say, each group is going to get different scenarios. The SBI is tough to prep for and the EC course, Winning at CRM, was priceless when it came to that. If/when you get an interview, relax. They want to know who you are. Leave your cell phone in the hotel or your suitcase. Interact with everyone you see. Most of all, enjoy the process. By far the best group of people I've worked with. I sat reserve the month of June and have had relief lines since. I came back to the airlines like you'd go back to a cheating girlfriend. So far, very happy. I left Corporate for this and won't look back. Good luck to everyone.

Default Lori Clark

Lori Clark in my opinion does the best interview prep for Frontier Airlines.
