I'm not saying GoJet is bad. In fact I would say that they've come a long way since their creation. GoJet's performance is good now, and their pay package isn't terrible. It's not about that. It's about regional consolidation. I feel their contract simply won't be renewed

Ideal candidate possesses strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, performance and airline operational economics in a fast paced, complex, and highly dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior management, proficiency in managing complex operations research and analysis projects, strong written and verbal skills, drive for results, industry knowledge, and strategic agility.
Proficiency in managing interactions with others with confidence, including the ability to influence others, lead a team effectively, and build valued-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
