Directly liaise with GoJet Airlines to ensure that the contracted air transportation product and operational performance conforms with Delta's operating vision and meets or exceeds Delta's operational standards and customer experience protocols. The job will be located at GoJet's headquarters in St Louis, MO but will coordinate closely with Delta and Delta Connection counterparts. Areas of responsibility include oversight of GoJet's operating performance including: Technical Operations processes and procedures, key operating performance metrics, In-Flight and Flight Ops procedures and product delivery, SOC/OCC coordination and standard procedures, interior and exterior brand compliance, and cabin maintenance and cleanliness. Will also ensure all pertinent GoJet operational data is consistently uploaded into the portal and pipeline to ensure visibility to real time performance.

Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.

The position will report to the Managing Director, Delta Connection Operations.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an engineering or related field.
Candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work closely and collaboratively with internal business partners and contract carrier associates to drive preferred behavior.
Ideal candidate possesses strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, performance and airline operational economics in a fast paced, complex, and highly dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior management, proficiency in managing complex operations research and analysis projects, strong written and verbal skills, drive for results, industry knowledge, and strategic agility.
Proficiency in managing interactions with others with confidence, including the ability to influence others, lead a team effectively, and build valued-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to think systemically, applying judgment and common sense.
