Is Gojet currently offering a bonus to go there?
Did Gojet finally pay the bonuses it promised to people before the pandemic hit?
What was Gojet's excuse for not paying the bonus during the pandemic?

Yes, the bonus program is active again.
Gojet has resumed paying bonuses that they owed before COVID, and they announced bonuses to all pilots hired this year during the bonus freeze period.
Company statements were essentially that they couldn’t afford to pay bonuses after United and Delta pulled all their flying. Any company’s ability to meet payroll obligations is predicated on revenue. With the severe drop in travel demand, all regionals cancelled their bonus programs, froze hiring, and most companies industry-wide furloughed pilots in order to save themselves from permanent collapse.

Other companies paid the bonuses they had agreed to when due. I don't know of any other company that offered a bonus and didn't pay when due. Gojet held back hoping it would not have to pay. Some people left and never got the bonus that was due to them, didn't they.
Of course now they are missing out on the triple time. Gojet is the place to go right now but you can't be shy about demanding your money.

If you join now, there's a higher than usual chance the airline will be shut down before you ever fly IOE.
FOs are quitting in droves because they're sitting around not flying. They're not flying because the few flights they have left are given to IOE instruction. Those who finish IOE struggle to get the hours to consolidate, then have to go back to training. It'll take 5-10 years to accumulate the 1000 sic at 10 or 20 hours per month. Unless you're street captain (who can't get hired anywhere with a future), Gojet is a waste of time.
