I'm always amazed how people come to GoJet and quickly come onto this forum to firmly explain that despite it's past short comings, GJ is now a different, a good airline. I guess they have to justify to themselves their decision to come to GoJet.
I have not seem much change in the 14 years since I started at GoJet. HK is pretty consistent. Management changes regularly as the company has to get rid of witnesses in future cases to be filed.
As TaiMaiShu bravely fights the battle for GoJet's survival, he says he has 80 CAs ahead of him and some behind him from the last bid. Management, training, check airman, CAs with the bid who need training, makes the statement of 60 captains available to fly the line look pretty realistic.
When the FAA is worried about an airline closing down, they stick a lot of inspectors on the flights. I was with a major airline that went out 30 years ago and near the end I had 3 different inspectors riding along one day. I'm not sure they do that anymore and haven't heard of any lately.
I'm not sure the 550 are working out as expected. Range is too short. It's a nice ride but on a flight of an hour or less, it doesn't make much of an impression. Make it a 2 hour flight and people will remember the 550.

Gojet is a mirage of false promises, an imposter of an employer, dangerous to work for, and easy to avoid in the current job market! It's furthermore a scope buster for United, so the very workforce the Aviate hopefuls are hoping to join will have to judge your choice in undercutting their wages and mainline opportunities.
If Gojet and Jet-"regionals" can be dismantled, the world will be a better place. I want that better future. I deserve that better future. We all want good mainline jobs, and Gojet is the core of the system that's kept us from it these past two decades.

Again, you’re spreading BS.
I’m not senior in base, and I had 16 days off scheduled with my line. I’ve talked to FOs that have similar schedules. It sounds like you need to learn to bid.
The extension/fatigue language is being fixed in the new contract. I don’t recall seeing anything like that in big red letters, and if it was, you should have reported it to the FAA. That’s not how the regulations read.

This is not even a business, it’s a charity. Why UAL is burning millions on this operation is beyond me.

It’s because of the pilots. Kirby has stated many times he needs the pilots for his growth plan. Why do you think he gave Mesa a five year deal to fly the RJs for United Express
