10 more Delta planes for GoJet

The growth is going to be for STL and RDU bases to support LGA flying.
The first a/c is to be delivered on Aug 6. All 10 will be operating by the end of October.
The company had 25 a/c in January. They will have 47 by the end of October to be flown by nearly 500 pilots.
All 500 will face their ids forward.

You need to focus on playing Angry Birds and watching Bieber videos. With your attitude and lack of experience and knowledge of this industry, you've already reached the pinnacle of your flying career.

I am former Comair and yes it sucks what has happened to Comair and this industry. But I will never forget Comair telling me three times I was going to be furloughed and then not being furloughed. Blame it on Delta or blame it on Comair I do not care but Gojet has been better to me than Comair ever was. At Comair we needed a union because scheduling was always f* messing with us, at gojet it barely ever happens. No min rest no JM's ( I have heard of a couple) and no ready reserve (at least in STL) Quality of life at G7 is far superior to that at Comair. Comair was HELL compared to Gojet!
I am sorry that Comair is ceasing ops but I left Comair well before that because quality of life there sucked. (lets see long call reserve did they ever actually let you have that? Or did they always switch it to RR the day before?)
I still have a lot of friends there at OH and have offered all of them to walk in their resumes. OH guys and gals were the best and I will always try to help them out.

From the Company: "Today, GoJet Airlines announces the addition of 10 Bombardier CRJ-700 regional jets which will be flown as part of their Delta Connection program. These aircraft will begin service in mid-August and all 10 will be in service by mid-October of 2012. This will bring the fleet of GoJet’s Delta Connection aircraft to 22 and the overall fleet to 47 aircraft. “We are pleased that Delta has selected GoJet to operate these additional aircraft,” said Rick Leach, President of GoJet Airlines. “This selection reaffirms that GoJet is a safe, cost effective, high quality and reliable partner that major airlines will continue to seek out as opportunities arise in the industry,” Leach concluded."
We will have no trouble staffing them. Regardless of all the stupidity written on this forum, GoJet has tons of great pilots and many waiting for class dates. And yes, they are looking for CA's. So if you were a Comair CA/FO with the time, I can't imagine you would be long in the right seat (if ever).

Hey don't bring Pinnacle into this! They are a highly respected and well regarded airline!
