They have to pay that mortgage in CVG and pay for the wife and kids they have.. I wish there were majors options for them already.

I would guess they are chasing the quick upgrade

First year Captain at G7 gets 66$ an hour. So I guess Comair was paying first year Captains 132$ an hour?

I guess you would know wouldn't you? Not my point, but thanks for playing. There are no first year captains at Comair genius.

Not happy with DL mgmt today.

IMHO: You get what you pay for!
+2, don't think it really came as much of a surprise though. Doesn't matter if it was a pre BK legacy, a legacy in BK, or a post BK legacy making huge profits. Legacy Corp is going to do what's best for Legacy Corp. IE; get the cost down, worry about the bottom line, keep wall street, the board, shareholders happy, worry about the next quarter/fiscal year, etc etc etc. Customer satisfaction/quality of product STILL falls below the aforementioned, but after after CEO and management compensation/bonus/golden parachutes.

It's been proven, people STILL keep buying tickets on (insert carrier here). Sure, we can all dig up numbers stats about how passengers are switching from airline A to airline B, airline A is losing market share to airline B, whatever. Doesn't matter.

Sure, they can claim to be improving customer service, providing a better product, whatever. They're STILL gonna worry about cost. Operation performance and quality of product? Ehhhh, detail schmeetails...........

+1, however I'd rather be IN the good graces of my peers without having to step on the necks of others chasing that "Quick Upgrade". Just my humble opinion.

You are an argumentative person to the core.

Why are you so bitter about GoJet?
(Do you know how many United Furlough pilot are flying for GoJet?)

I don't care how many furloughs went there. My despise for GoJets transcends all time and eternity.
