So what, bro? There's just ONE thread about Trans States and it has over 400,000 views. Never mind the threads about Piedmont, Skywest, Expressjet/ASA, Silver, Comair, and Eagle with a combined total over 5,000,000. There's a reason every single GoJet thread gets locked and it brings a smile to my face each time
Boom, roasted. *applause*

I am currently at "OO" and life here is much better than 9E (which is where I cam from). Upgrade time changes, guys here will be leaving within the year for mainline which will drastically cut down upgrade time. IMHO, OO is a FAR better place than G7. The longevity of the company, finances and employee/manager relations here are pretty nice. The one thing I learned is don't chase the quick upgrade.... Like I once did with 9L/9E. Choice a place you can be happy with if you get stuck for a while... G7, isnt that place for me...
If you want a career at a regional, Skywest is definitely better. If you want to get your pic and move on---G7 is the way to go. Upgrade time too long at 00. Too much movement at the majors coming up to get locked in the right seat for 8-10 years. Good luck.

For now G7 is. Just like a lot of places that have been around. G7 is a very shaky company to be at. Not much fun to sink in 1 - 2 years at G7, then they go bye-bye. Then again, if there is no chase, there's no fun anymore

Exactly, Pinnacle, Colgan, and Mesaba all had fast upgrade, even street CA at one point. Look at where they are now, back then the majors where hiring also. The fast upgrade at GJ will stop, it's just a matter of when. Get in get the PIC time and move on sound so simple, but what if you can't move on as quick, I wouldn't want to be stuck at a regional with crap pay and contract compared to others.

PS you make it seem easy to get PIC and move on... Doesn't always work that way.

I really love the excuses as to why to go to GOJets.... Whatever helps you sleep at night I guess... Why not Silver, Great Lakes, CommutAir? They all have really short upgrade times and aren't an alter-ego POS company. Remember, " fool me once with a quick upgrade shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". I tried once with Pinacolaba.... But you've chose G7. Stay classy Michelle...

If you have to talk yourself into taking a job, it's probably not the right job.
For me? If I stay in the regional business I will go anywhere but Gojets. ABGJS
