Not even close. 0-20 hours a month. Brutal schedule. If you commute you will be doing it on your day off on both ends.

If you are need a regional job to build time (same as the other places) ...... jump on in.... since it's a smaller company, upgrades will be quick when people leave (and they are going to SW, DL, UA etc) ....

It will not hurt or has it ever hurt anyones career.

I know some people do not like to hear this, but it is true. Just get your time and move on with a smile... you'll be fine.

In STL we have more FOs sitting reserve, on any given day, than we have flights. Still getting min days off. Still unable to trade days with ourselves.
