If you are need a regional job to build time (same as the other places) ...... jump on in.... since it's a smaller company, upgrades will be quick when people leave (and they are going to SW, DL, UA etc) ....
It will not hurt or has it ever hurt anyones career.
I know some people do not like to hear this, but it is true. Just get your time and move on with a smile... you'll be fine.

GoJet updates
In STL we have more FOs sitting reserve, on any given day, than we have flights. Still getting min days off. Still unable to trade days with ourselves.

To quit a job without having another one lined up isn't exactly a smart choice.
And I like working at GoJet. It works for me. The people are great.
