As for GJ, is the DCI flying they do under contract with DL? Or can DL take it at any time? One would think GJ/TSA/Hulas would have insisted on some duration. Of course if PCL gets them, being owned by DL (which means everything?) would always be a placeholder until another lowballer came along, which would be inevitable and probably wouldn't take that long either.
The big variable here is EJ/SW. Many have said they have a huge cost reset coming in 2015 where they have to be second cheapest or something. So basically between GJ and Pinnacle as of right now? And that assumes neither of them takes any additional concessions before then.
Even if EJ/SW can achieve that, where does that leave the 3rd cheapest at that point?

Considering that Delta is maxed out on 700's then that would mean they would have to come from either GJ, SKW or EXJ. Two of them aren't hiring and one recently stopped all hiring and upgrades. That carrier's DCI fleet consists of 22 CRJ 700.
