I can't wait for eagle's vote to close. That'll shut half of you up real quick. My boys at eagle voted no but their sentiments are that the majority will vote this in. Especially the upper half of the pilot group.

Have you applied to SkyWest, ExpressJet or Compass?

PSA if you are cool working at a place with a crap contract and a pilot group that likes to vote in crap contracts. Plus side, you'll probably have a stable job since your concessions will make you the cheapest AA regional. Enjoy the eagle flying.

GoJet if you enjoy being disrespected by Hulas, furloughed then recalled only to be told the recall was a mistake, and laughed at when something isn't right on your pay report. (Maybe it's better there than TSA but that's what happened all the time)

It's up to you.

If I were you I'd just hit the gym and become a male stripper or shirtless bartender. Better treatment by men and tons more money.

You all realized you are trying to talk someone out of, what is most likely, their first flying job. I think its safe to say when many of were in the same position these details were not so obvious. We should try and be less harsh and more productive. With that being said Emb170man was right on, both have gone out of their way to do the job for much less (both pay and QOL) then what little we were making in the first place. So no, you should consider other of the carriers before these two. Although I will admit, I don't know if this racing to the bottom for TPIC time has hindered any of these pilots careers, having worked for said airlines. Because if it hasn't, then hell, maybe it's the right choice, but just not morally, in my humble opinion.

Not trying to put you down or anything, but didn't you research this stuff before you applied, interviewed and got offered the job?? Unless they just emailed you out of the blue and hired you on the spot (which I wouldn't be surprised if they did), you should really research this stuff before you even hit send on that application.

Well, that would take longer than an upgrade. Dont think you would be paid during training either unless you are at psa.

I've alway enjoyed your rants but didn't you jump ship to work at silver as DEC? I make more money than you as an FO and have much better contract and QOL. But hey go get them turbine times. You'll probably get to the majors before me honestly but think twice before you try to lecture somebody.

How many times have you been furloughed?

Hell, if your torn between PSA and GOJets, why not apply at Endeavor. Then you have a trifecta.

If you're commuting from DFW, PSA makes more sense.
