There are so many of us out there who are enjoying watching Gojet fail and go out of business. Their treatment of people has been horrible since their first day. One interesting note is that they may soon be the only all captain airline. They can't get any FOs to go there and they can't get people to stay so now their plan it to call everyone a captain and pay them all first year captain pay even though they will be flying in the right seat. Note to those wanting PIC time, just because GJ calls you a captain does not mean you can log PIC time sitting in the right seat.
Its a bad deal and anyone thinking of going there should research it closely. Those who go there think they will be lucky, squeeze by and not have their careers ruined and some actually do. Why take a chance? When they demand you takeoff with no nose wheel steering from an icy runway with a 15kt crosswind at night you will have your chance to make a "career decision". Good luck to everyone no matter what you choose.

I will say the CA/checkairman that refused that flight has been at SWA for 5 years or so and drives to work. I think he just turned 30.
He got his check airman letter yanked for that refusal. That one was complete BS.

^^^ Angry Envoy pilot who has no compunction going on other airlines threads which he DOES NOT work for and hurl his insults, yet if anyone else goes on a thread about to his beloved carrier (and not even taking personal shots yet), he and his band of ravenous Envoy jackals snarl at the moon.Total hypocrisy in action.
