Umm so what the ****** is that supposed to mean? Only pilots are allowed to have "toys" Maybe they are like me I am only a lowly mechanic now maintenance controller but I am 48 and single with no kids and I have a Charger SRT-8 and a 2012 Harley Ultra Limited and I still give most of my money away to charity.. I would bet more than any pilots. There are a lot of things in this thread that warrant being a "tool" but I have issues with your post. Unless you know their circumstances lay off.

Wear foamies; problem solved! Also effective against loud air handlers, kids playing soccer, elevators, ice machines, etc.

Just make sure you keep your alarm nearby!

I do know their circumstances. I ride with them. And I donate to more charities and do more volunteer work than all of them that I know combined. And I used to be an aircraft mechanic, I made more than any ramper I know, and after I paid my obligations, I didn't have enough money to afford any of the bikes in the 401(k) parking area.

Nice toys, by the way. Wish I could afford all that plus my retirement.

Ramp rats could make a career out of being baggage handlers and now they are making minimum wage while having a wife and kid and mortgage and car payments (supposedly). How can they possibly survive under these conditions?
