I never said I didnt want to train him because he had a degree and an airplane, I have my reasons but ultimately you're right, it is the bosses call.

May have been said already, but how about the businessman in the nice suit that talks on his cell phone while standing at the urinal or sitting on the throne. "Hi Susan, it's Bob. It's (grunt) great to talk to you."

I flew with him a couple of times when I was on reserve in the MD-80. Nice guy, but the first time I witnessed his pax brief, all I could think was: a train whistle? Really?! I figured out pretty quickly why a lot of guys on reserve flew with him.
