Show me a fork lift operator that has a folder containing a liability insurance coverage statement equal or more than my piece of equipment.

Mine is $1,000,000,000

That's right, one Billion.

One more thing. Try carrying yourself like a fork lift operator instead of a leader around a crew of 10 Flight Attendants, 3 Gate Agents, 2 Mechanics, 1 Crew Chief, a company hack Dispatcher and station manager, a pilot pushing Chief Pilot, 200+ passengers, all pushing their own agenda. Let me know how it works out.

I've been the FO for leadership voids like the above situation. It degenerates real quickly into public school class with a weak substitute teacher.

Runner up Tool? Yup.

There is a story out there that the first time the Eastern MEC Chairmen met Frank Borman he addressed him as Mister Borman. Borman then asked to be called "Col. Borman". The MEC Chairman than pulled out his military ID and said "Fine, you can call me General". Don't know if it is true but I hope so

I wouldn't advocate that... it might discourage others from being tools. Then what would we do for laughs? Those laughs and to check and see if I'm on here, is the only reason I still come around to this forum. Let's just let the disgrace of his scabbing (and his obvious toolishness) become what he is remembered for.

Smells like urban legend, why would a famous astronaut and CEO want to throw around his Colonelcy?

Who knows, but ask the airline guys who have flown Chuck Yeager.

Seems he required the General rank when saying his name. (He did earn it though)

Captain actual was started at Pan Am from the flying boat days.

General Yeager, you'll have to find another seat on the plane. That seat belongs to Texas Ranger Chuck Norris.

You might want to be quick about it. Sir.
