TOTD: Old guys that feel the need to whistle and/or hum constantly throughout the preflight. I am locked in a phone booth sized work center with you--I am not interested in poorly executed versions of old swing band and showtune music.

I flew with a guy that whistled half way across the Pacific. I finally had to be pilot cranky pants and tell him to knock it off. It seemed to totally upset him! P.S. I don't want to hear your shoot em up iPad game sound either. I enjoy the quiet that is called CPDLC. Grr.

Please, PLEASE tell me that he got fired or at least had the living day lights beat out of him by his fellow pilots in the parking lot. Better yet, please just tell me that that's photoshopped
