Nah that is just so you can have a public account that people follow with same name as your private (Facebook requires real names.) He has in effect two accounts. Thus the visitor is not flooded with pics of his grandma and dog. Some MD's do this if they want to be "followed" and friended by their patients and still preserve a bit of professionalism / privacy.

Tool Of The Year right here. Looks like he would give ole Timmayy a run for his money.

Dear Anthony is nothing more than your standard street panhandler and hustler only he is using social media. Dress it up all you like, it is what it is.

I must disagree. I went to school with Anthony. While in my opinion, what he's doing is a bit tacky (Okay, maybe more than a bit), he would never lie about his background like Timmay did. All around, he's a great guy.

I love that his autobiography is written in third person.

The panhandlers sometimes have an excuse. This clown has no shame or self-respect, and is furthermore totally oblivious to people out there who have truly unfortunate circumstances.

If somebody on a hiring board remembers his name, this could cost him more than $50K in the long run. One can only hope.

I'd like to know how he got through only going 50 g's in debt? I know guys in the 6 figures who have lost their houses because their loan payments are 1200 a month. Try that on FO pay. yikes.

I bet the first regional that starts a loan repayment will have their pick of the fresh suckers, I mean pilots.

In all fairness.... no sympathy for them. They knew from the start the risks, costs, and miserable T&Cs the regionals offer.

They would care... why? I'm serious, I don't see the animosity. I think it is lame, but most people would just roll their eyes and chuckle, especially in 5 years when he applies to majors.

Now if he begged while employed at a regional or advertising how little he gets paid and naming the airline, it would be ballsy and grounds for termination.

Some people get $$$ from mommy and daddy, some get a few bucks begging on the web. Whatever.
