My issue is that the whole case is very much he-said/she-said with no objective evidence whatsoever. I think he's guilty, but not beyond a reasonable doubt and I don't really think you can achieve that standard in this situation.

Who cares, it happened, probably he did grab her rear. Punishment has to fit the crime, though. Confusion with sleeping is a real thing and has been studied, even in today's AP newswire. Sex offender registry and lengthy prison terms are just completely ridiculous.

"Sleep drunkenness" affects 1 in 7 Americans, study finds - CBS News

Anyways I do feel bad for derailing the thread.

So today I nominate both the man and woman that got kicked off the flight for battling over seat recline. No lengthy discussion here there is another thread for that. ;)

This month's Flying magazine "Jumpseat" article. 2 page complaint about a tug being broke on pushback. And it happened on 777 "reserve after 30 years at company, a status he hadn't held since he upgraded 24 yrs ago." How much more out-of-touch with reality can one be?

He had to park and un-park the brakes so many times!!

Can't stomach to read it anymore, what a shame.

They're a tool for writing such a long and boring article! Sounds like some wannabe investigative reporter to me lol

Otherwise, they have a point regarding the takeoff and landing photos...that's stupid to divert attention at those moments. But if they're using a gopro which they review AFTER the flight then no big whoop.

The interesting thing about the T/O and Landing pics is that at least from my view, 4 out of the 6 were obviously taken from the jumpseat. Don't know many pilots who like to straddle the center console on approach. The 2 taken from the CA and FO seats are pretty foolish to post but the other 4 don't bother me in the least.

Actually, the TOTD are the guys who flout FAA regs. How about a little professionalism out there, boys?

I'm not sure how unprofessional it is, as much as overly enthusiastic on the pilot's behalf. I personally never really got it. Why would one want to place pictures from the cockpit out on social media?

I mean a go-pro camera from the inside of a fighter jet or space shuttle seems cool, but I find it rather toolish to go-pro film an entire working leg at a 121 carrier.

For Example....
