(but hey, he might not have had his coffee or the early show annoyed him!)

Lima and Mike confusion strikes once again!

Those dang Controllers always hammering down with rapid-fire instructions. How can one be expected to drink and handle the Coms at the same time? See what that Controller caused me to do?

Yes. We will cut him some slack because you have to be intoxicated to want to pilot one of those pusher-pullers anyway.

Yeah, it doesn't work in my field either. I am always surprised when the peanut gallery comes to defend the low performance of others. Telling.

I think the guy was out of line and deserved to get smacked down, but your example is a little over the top. I haven't seen any suggestion there were any safety issues with the flight.
Sputnik, good response. I'm sure "heartdoc" (if he's even a real doc?) definitely won't like being called out, but he's probably confused about this being an anonymous web forum for doctors instead of aviation professionals?

Are we sure Elliot isn't Capt Happy himself?

Go get 'em, skipper! Hope your "early show" is to your liking.

I flew with Capt happy and he seemed like a good guy. When I heard the tape there were about ten guys I thought it might be. The guy who it turned out to be wasn't one of them.

The best thing about the tape is maybe it calms down some of the guys who need calming down.
