Sheesh, no kidding. However, there is another thread where a ruler will be whipped out any minute!

My wife is a woman driver, has never had a ticket, or an -at fault- accident, although she's been T-Boned when some drunk ran a red light. Still, I cannot drive with her, she makes me crazy when she drives 5mph below the speed limit!

She doesn't like driving with me either, she's always yelling, "Watch OUT, Slow DOWN!".

I always have to tell her, "Just shut your eyes and hold on, this won't hurt a bit..."

(same as our wedding night!)

On the subject of personal driving habits....

Not particularly tool-related in anyway, just thought it'd be a nice comedic break from the last few pages.

There's a joke there somewhere about women driving your comfort snake, but I will refrain.

Million to one odds of that dog snapping with that background.
Wow, just wow. "No, you don't understand, she was BLACK!"

+2 on the tool nomination.

As a father of 4, 3 of them 'women drivers', that was hilarious!

Thanks for the laughs!

I was amazed at the level of driving stupidity when I moved to the ATL area. Normal appears to be 10 below the speed limit. At least most of the roads I drive have no passing zone.

My bad. It gets a little confusing sometimes trying to pronounce "Kinston" and "Kingston" in the same trip, remembering that ORD APP freaks out over 10kt speed diffs unlike others, figuring out if Havana is 120.25, 124.55 or 123.7 each day and what a "Flat Rock" looks like compared to a "Sail Rock"

I admit, there was a little digging on the turkey post. I was wondering about someone's claim as a commercial pilot and what exactly that meant. MY background is GA and have seen many claim what they are not.

The turkey looked like a good crew meal if the flight was long enough for a oven cook
No worries. It's been several decades since I was in high school, but I still know how to use the language that I profess to know fluently.

He claimed he was a commercial pilot, no more. If he only has the certificate he is still a commercial pilot. He has still passed all of the coursework and skills required. He made no claims otherwise.

I'm not sticking up for him as much as I'm tired of people bullying without due cause.

Your argument is flawed in regards to Pitbulls. I am somewhat sure, but skeptical, that a Pitbull is a fine dog in a proper home. But you insinuate that if you put a Pitbull in a not so proper home that in fact it is a vicious dog. The difference is if you put a Golden Retriever in a not so proper home it still won't go on a killing spree.
I am not busting your chops, but everytime I hear the argument on how great a dog a Pitbull is someone qualifies it with "in a good home". You never hear that qualifier with other dog breeds.
