When does a tool become a douche? Or is douche lower on the tool scale?

I kind of separate them by when it becomes personal. A tool is not being personal, a douche makes it personal. They are both a-holes though.

Oh wait--this tool:

PS Beat me to it Positive Rate, but I actually have the audio, along with Delta backing up John.
I'd be willing to be a paycheck (I'm and RJ guy, so it won't be a big one) that I can guess between what years Continental 383's captain was hired.

Did you call him on it, or just run to this forum to make a double nomination for TOD?

Well, don't call me Shirley!

Not sure if we can nominate FA's? But the United FA that informed me the seat belt sign was ON and to return to my seat, while I was heading to the lav. The sign had been on for over an hour and I was in uniform. This also happened on an AA flight.

You just nominated yourself. Again. Identity hunting is (wave it, Deltalina) not allowed in these parts. Go flame elsewhere.
