The "Miss Manners" book is out of print and ground school is fresh out. Any suggestions? My experience is limited to tea parties with the teddy bears and Betsey Wetsey........

Brush it off and understand that sometimes it isn't about you. Some people suck.

You're understanding is that someone considered a bastard actually does not have a father? That would be a neat trick.

Isn't the only criterion that the bastard is born out of wedlock, usually as the result of an afffair (but not required)?

Have to agree with shy. That is toolish to have the strobes on when lined up on the runway. A little common sense makes Regs and policies go a long way.

Lighten up, Francis.
Many bastards don't know who their father is.
