It's not even an MEL-able item. Come on, man. Do your country proud and always set for max flow rate. With 4-holers being retired we all have to do our part to ensure maximum coverage.

I have even heard of lines where some of the flights are without passengers, just to get full coverage. The are called 'repositioning', but we all know the real purpose.

(Now isn't this more fun than reading about TOTDs?)
