I am at the soloing phase of the private certificate. I want to learn more about the civilian route of becoming a senior captain of a major airline.

Retired recently from a legacy carrier where I was an FE on the 727 and DC10, an FO on the MD80, Fokker 100 and 757/767. Also retired military where I flew helicopters for the U.S. Army and the U.S. Coast Guard. My FAA certificate includes ATP Rotary Wing and FixedWing Multi Engine. Did not serve in Vietnam but am considered a Vietnam era vet. Hopefully still not finished with the flying career.
