Don’t overthink the question. Don’t try to be too “perfect”. Basically they want to see that you are a normal person that does not hear voices and can be somewhat social.

It is/is very similar to the MMPI. Admit to doing things that make you an imperfect person but not a sociopath. For example "I get frustrated when people talk down to me" or "when I was a child, I would sometimes steal things" should be "agree", while "I am the most important person who ever lived and voices in my head tell me so" or "when I walk into a room, I feel like severely injuring everybody" should be "disagree"

Latest vacancy closes in a bit over a week. Activation date is early July. So far business as usual. If we start canceling positions, then look out.

CEO says this is great! So the exact opposite is probably true. I'm looking for him or the #2 to bail.

Yes, latest from our chief pilots at Alaska is that we're hiring 200+ next year, down from earlier projections

Yes, and ~3 years for the single operating certificate, HA employees have been told there are no changes in the near term. Sooner the better to get on board and establish seniority for the merging of the pilot groups.

With this latest vacancy bid showing the training dates associated, is anyone able to share what those look like? I'm a transitioning military guy and just curious when I might expect a training date in late Spring.
