I agree 3000 is low on the spectrum for new hires. We all know hawaiian has hired some very entitled low time, sons or daughter of some pilots. Maybe that's the case here I don't know. But at least he's trying to knock down doors and shows he's committed. I didn't do one thing besides just apply and wait until I got called. Who knows maybe I'd be a few years senior if I did.

May I was a bit rash. Commitment to any endeavour, especially the search for employment is a good trait to have. In times past hiring industry wide hadn’t always made sense, all we can do it keep trying I guess.
