CRJ LGA is wayyy junior at the moment. I believe the #7 guy is a newhire. At some point there will be more senior pilots who displace into the LGA CRJ above those currently on it. As of now there is no such thing as JFK CRJ, and I havent heard any plans of opening a bid status at JFK for the CRJ, but plans might change.

So reserve in LGA probably shouldn't last too long?

Its hard to say. The current plan is for all 22 new CRJs to be sent to NYC. That means 110 CAs and 110 FOs will be needed. Less than 50 FOs have been awarded LGA CRJ so far, so theoretically if you were hired today you should have some pretty good advancement towards holding a line. Also, there will come a point when the CRJ replaces NYC ERJ flying to the point where they will have to displace ERJ FOs from LGA/JFK. Some of those senior FOs could chose to move into the LGA CRJ, which would push the newhires down the list

The company could also say, "Lets move 10 of the new delivery CRJs to ORD/DFW" which would reduce the movement in LGA CRJ.

Looks like they decided to have a Captain's Review Board today after all. I got the call today. Dallas next week for medical. Class date in 2 to 4 weeks! No idea about bases or equipment. He said that typically it was LGA CRJ, ORD EMJ and SJU ATR, but subject to change. Stoked!

How senior is ORD CRJ vs. ORD ERJ? I guess what I'm really asking is if ORD ERJ were to be assigned to a newhire, how hard is it to transfer to the CRJ?
