I'm pretty sure AE makes you give up your seniority number the first day of class.

Roughly 2800 total pilots. Junior CA is about 9.5yrs if that gives you an idea of how long most have been there. About 600-700 CAs have been here 18+ yrs. Some of our most senior CAs have 25+yrs seniority. We have about 530 CAs with AA seniority numbers (flowthroughs) and about 33 AA/TWA furloughees who flowed back to AE, then were displaced from their CA seats at the end of the Letter 3 agreement(but will be really close to upgrading again in the near future).

I've heard that when the minimums are higher and they're picky, a lot of airlines "weed out" based on the HR questions, more so than the technical side of things.
Again, they are interviewing guys with various backgrounds. Nobody knows what Eagle or any other airline is looking for right now. Eagle has given out conditional offers to CFIs, corporate and furloughed guys. And yes, they are being picky, just like everyone else that is hiring right now...

The majority of my group didn't even do the HR portion, so that wasn't the reason we got let go. They didn't really have a chance of getting to know us and asking us questions.

There hiring furloughed guys. I interviewed with 6 applicants. They sent 3 home. Two of us were 121. One with higher time and one with low time and one CFI that did an RJ transition course. The 3 that were sent home struggled in the sim. Seems like a cool place. Long day interviewing. Claudette, told us she was retiring very soon. Nice lady. The Colgan crash was mentioned quite
a few times during the interview. You don't have to be perfect, just consistant. I missed questions in the tech.

Claudette said,it would be anywhere from 6 weeks to 2 months before you will hear anything. Nothing about bases or aircraft. 22 CRJ's no news there. I assume you will find out the first day of class.
