I have heard one of our FOs has elected to stay at Atlas instead of accepting a recall notice.
He must have been called awhile ago. All of the hiring in the last 2-3 years have been new hire off the street guys, almost all previously with Aloha

Don't listen to BS pilot rumors.

If I believed everything I've heard from other pilots and especially guys who are supposedly in the "know". I'd be Skyhigh's mailman about now.

Apply you may not get called for an interview or you might, but I can guarantee you aren't going to get called if you don't apply.

What do have to loose?

Buffalo pilot it seems pretty simple to me you either have to have 1500 TT OR 1000 T-pic.

Military guys can have 1000 hours turbine PIC without 1500 hours total time. Seems like they are taking that in to account.

Thanks Airhoss, the rumor didn't discourage me. Just wanted to hear it from one of you "Pualani Pilots" to confirm that it is in fact BS.

Good Luck to all and A hui ho!

She had good reason, she was from one of the Scadanavian countrys. Far away from home indeed. Best of luck to her. She will upgrade faster at Atlas anyway.
