5 of the 13 start on the 24th. all are in the 717 and those slots are full. 5 of the remaining 8 slots are for the 767. good luck.

What about the 5 new hires in the 767, any class date yet and did they fill those slots? I've been swimming for the last couple years...

are you saying that you were in the pool? did you go through the 2 psych exams and the sim?

I went through the panel interview, the sim, the aptitude test, the HR group screening in 2008 then reinterviewed in 2009 with panel interview, sim and meet and greet with the CP and other management pilots. I've been waiting to get called for the last psych test, which pretty much means that you're hired if you get called for it.

I heard 13 slots, 1400 apps within the first two days of opening up for applications.

I dont want to be a negative nancy, but I dont agree. Hawaiian is fairly small airline, chances are very slim unless you have ohana on the inside, even then it's a long shot.
I agree you never get the job you never applied for, but in this case the numbers are stacked way against people.
you have nothing to lose, if you want to hang loose...
