I heard that Hawaiian is conducting interviews in San Francisco next week. Any truth to that?

Those might be non pilot positions.

Ok I just got a text from someone in my company that I don't know, nor do I know how they got my number. I'm not sure if this person is a pilot but they said they have an interview with HA on the 28th in SFO and wanted advice.

Those are Flight Attendant interviews.

For anyone that has declined a Phase I interview because they were unable to attend...how long did it take to receive a second interview request? Thanks in advance...

so the original email snafu was as a result of their online-application software which is something they're wrestling with with all of the upgrades their doing now (there is a massive corporate HQ remodeling as well going on)... The email was originally intended to go out to ONE pilot who was on his final notice to interview after turning it down 3 times. The system accidentally sent that email to all who were in the data base.

Again, last official word is hiring 30-40 more from this window and then new window to open May or June for rest of the 2013 hiring.

Bare with it folks, it's a good company with a bright future.. a career position.

in my case, I had to decline an interview, and with in two weeks was able to attend... I contacted them and they said they'd slot me in ASAP... then a cancelation occurred and I was asked if I could make it in 3 days! I was of course excited and said yes...

They DID say that even if I couldn't make it, that they would understand and allow me to que for an interview at a later date.. they DO understand that we can't just drop everything and come, but at the same time I don't recommend you turn down more than 1 interview..

so does that mean there are Phase l/ll interviews going on next week?

I believe that the 27th is the last date for this year for a limited small group, but don't quote me.
